Mozambique is one of the most beautiful countries on earth. Mozambique, officially the Republic of Mozambique (Portuguese: República de Moçambique), is a country in Southeast Africa bordered by other African countries such as Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Mozambique also borders the Indian Ocean to the east. Mozambique is the 8th largest country in Africa and is almost as large as California (USA).

Ponta do Ouro

Ponta-do-Ouro This beach is located about 15 minutes from the South African border at Kosi Bay, and is dubbed as one of the most convenient places to visit in Mozambique. The golden ribbon of sand set between the dunes and warm blue waters are the main attraction.

It’s suitable for surfers, fishermen, and scuba divers thanks to its natural reef sites that’s legendarry for shark diving. Go to the Pinnacle and enjoy the sights. You can also swim with the dolphins here, and in the summer, turtles come to shore to lay their eggs.

Thanks to its secluded spot, you won’t find any beach vendors or restaurants in this place, but you can always enjoy the natural scenery with no pollution.

Inhaca Island

Magaruque Island

Bengeurra Just north of Magaraque Island, you can reach Bengeurra, also another one of the Bazaruto Archipelago Islands. This beautiful island is home to 2 mile coral reef, 140 recorded bird species and rare dugong populations.

So it’s one of the most famous places to visit if you’re a nature lover. It’s also a favorite among honeymooners, thanks to its luxury lodges, with exclusive cabana and private decks. There’s also a picnic on the beach and horseback riding if you’re looking for more activities.
